Consumer Credit Counseling Service Agency

We began in 1974 as Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Inland Empire (CCCS-IE). We are still CCCS-IE, but operate as Springboard. As we expanded our geographic borders beyond the Inland Empire we changed our name to Springboard to distinguish ourselves from other CCCS agencies.
