Since 1974, credit.org has a long history of helping financially troubled consumers. As a founding member of the national HOPE HOTLINE, we have helped over 200,000 homeowners within the last 24 months.

Springboard Solutions has a bilingual staff and multi-language translation services capable of interfacing with 120 languages. Our operations are scalable with sophisticated technology and quality controls. Springboard Solutions is experienced with the use of federal funds as a central processing center for California’s $2 Billion “Keep Your Home California” program and as a HUD intermediary organization.

Consumer Credit Counseling Service Agency

We began in 1974 as Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Inland Empire (CCCS-IE). We are still CCCS-IE, but operate as Springboard. As we expanded our geographic borders beyond the Inland Empire we changed our name to Springboard to distinguish ourselves from other CCCS agencies.
