Administered $2.3 billion as part of the federal Hardest Hit Fund (HHF). Over seven years

Handled 1.5 million calls, assisting homeowners in distress.

Provided counseling services to over 150,000 applicants.

Delivered underwriting assistance to nearly 80,000 households, ensuring they could keep their homes.

Statewide Housing Support

Through partnerships with CalHFA, we we provided free, confidential counseling services to over 8,000 California residents in danger of eviction or foreclosure. This initiative enabled HUD-approved housing counseling agencies to provide critical services, including foreclosure prevention and rental assistance.
